Shipping & Returns

What methods do you use for shipping?

Right now we ship our boards to the continental U.S. through FedEx ground.

Can you ship to Hawaii and/or Alaska?

We can ship your board to Hawaii or Alaska. However, free shipping is not available outside of the continental U.S. If you’d like to ship your board to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us in advance and we’ll let you know what the shipping will be.

Can you ship outside of the U.S.

We can ship to most countries. However, free shipping is not available outside of the continental U.S. You’ll need to contact us before placing your order, so we can calculate shipping for you.

How long does shipping take?

We try to ship orders with 48 hours (weekends being the exception). Your board should arrive within 3-7 days by ground. If you chose to have your board shipped more quickly, then your board should arrive within the stated time of the method. E.g. 3 day shipping should arrive within 3 days.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns. You’ll be responsible for return shipping, and the item cannot have been damaged.

What if the item arrived damaged?

Contact us immediately. If you can take a picture of the damage for our records, we’d greatly appreciate it as well. Once the item has been returned, we’ll ship out a replacement and cover the replacement’s shipping. You’ll still have to cover return shipping though.

What if I didn’t know my board was damaged until I used it?

As long as the damage was not caused by you, we’ll accept the return. While we have not had any issues with our boards yet, there’s always the possibility that something could go wrong in the manufacturing process. In general, we’ll honor good-faith returns and replacements.

I’m not happy with my board, can I return it?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your board. If you contact us, we’ll work with you and see if an exchange, replacement, or refund is most applicable to your situation. Generally, refunds are not available simply because you’ve decided that paddle boarding isn’t your activity. You’ll be responsible for return shipping.
